Role Overview:

We are looking for a Publisher to manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to optimize engagement. If you have experience in content distribution, audience engagement, and brand consistency, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and publish photo and video content on IG, FB, and TikTok.

• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions to boost reach and engagement.

• Monitor performance metrics and suggest optimizations for growth.

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or content publishing.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, and scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Later, Buffer).

• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best engagement practices.

• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet publishing deadlines.
